I think it is possible, question is how much $$$ you want to spend.

It's possible to do what you are saying. Just need a standard Nissan 95-present Metra kit and antenna adapter. Ordered a AVN5435 today, along with a PESWIX steering control interface, sirius tuner, and ir remote control.

Eclipse has a nice unit.. My guy quoted me about $2k installed with faceplate.
Also plays DVDS... nice
