: Looking for a hitch...

Though I got a great deal on the Armada, it did not come with a trailer hitch. So, I'm searching (leisurely) for a hitch on eBay (& locally). Found this on eBay:

Trailer Hitch (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Curt-Trailer-Hitch-Receiver-Nissan-Armada-Infiniti-QX56_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33653QQihZ008QQite mZ180212237713QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW)

I like the price, but not familiar with the manufacturer. Note what the seller is wanting to charge for shipping. Think I'll spend the $120 from UHaul for their hitch. Have never heard of any issues with theirs. ;)

Keep in mind that the OEM is only $220. I haven't heard anything bad about U-Haul hitches but I don't know how well they look on these either.

The OEM is the best bet because you get all the relays, wiring and socket that you need. And everything fits and looks correct.

Care to point me in the direction of an OEM seller? When inquired about hitches at my local area dealerships, I was quoted $375 - $420. :crikey:

*edit*

Hmm... found another dealership that I didn't know was closer to me. $249 + cost of a relay? Better price, but what's with the relay? Shouldn't that be near the underhood fuse panel? Pardon me, as this is my first Nissan product. LOL

That's stupid how they double the price that they should be charging.
