The plastic A-Pillar cover on the passenger side front winshield is warped. Dealer says they replaced it (looks the same to me) and assured me the new one just looks the same. It's obviously warped and loose compared to driver side. Anyone else had this issue? It's an early 04 Armada.

Whether they replaced it should not be the issue if it is still warped. Have them compare yours to a new Armada. If it's not the same and they refuse to take action, try to get the regional rep. involved. In the future, mark the part in question, or look for a mark on it that would be unique to it, to you can reference that point after it was supposedly replaced.
