I am the proud owner of a Blizzard White 2004 SE Offroad 4x4 with the Big Tow and Sunroof packages.

Though I don't have the DVD Entertainment System, the roof-mounted overhead storage bins has the rear controls for the DVD anyway.

Question: Does anyone know if this means that it is pre-wired for an overhead DVD?

yes, read this and see if you get the info you need. Its fairly easy to do. The post has a lot of info about putting video on the nav unit but there is info on tricking the headunit to get the dvd audio into it. Look for Armadafications link to his how to site.
