I have a set of fog lights from bling lights and I changed the bulb to hid 4300k 35watts with ballasts now my lights dont come on can I wire it to the batteryand put a fuse on it .

I let someone else installed them now I want to install hid kit do the bling lights have a fuse that I can replace or can I run a power wire from the battery with an in line fuse to the switch

It should be a plug and play system. Don't wire the system to your battery with an in line fuse.
