Stupid Question? Since this armada is new to me and I have not read the whole users manual yet I was wondering... How do you get the rear roof vents to blow ac/heat. I have the rear controls on and the vents on high and the only vents working are those in the 3 row floor. The vents attached to the front center console (facing the second row) don't blow and neither do the ones on the roof pointing down? Am I missing something or is this worth looking into at the dealership???

The two on the backside of the console blow when you have your front upper vents blowing. They do not blow when it's on floor vents or Defrost. If you turn the 'Rear' blower knob on your front A/C controls up to 'H', the rear overhead vents should blow.

Thanks pops.... So what is the point of the rear controls. I assumed they would have controled the vents on the roof as well as the ones in the 3rd row... oh well.

They control all the vents on the overhead. The overhead bin has it's own seperate unit in the side of the cargo area.

Oh ok now I think I may have a problem... I can't seem to get air flow out of the top vents using the rear controls. I will try combinations when I get a break for lunch and let you know when I get back. That way I can intelligently talk about this. Thanks again

Keep in mind that the "Rear Controls" in the front override those rear controls unless they are set to "Rear".

Ok I figured out why I wasn't noticing any air from the rear roof. It's been cold outside so I have only had the heat on. I couldn't feel much air flow even with the heat blowing full. I then changed the dial to full cold and it came on full force. I guess it must have something to do with the thermostat??? I am still not sure why the heat does not blow as forcefully as the a/c. Are there 2 seperate blowers for heat and a/c?

The top are only for AC...the Heat comes from the floor and it rises...

Im Glad someone asked this question, its been nagging me for a year.
