I have an '04 armada LE
blew some fuses today hooking up a "damaged" brand-new inverter

found and replaced 3 fuses
there are 4 sockets
working:
2 up front (Left=full time on, right= on with ignition)
1 in the middle row/behind the center console (on with ignition only)
but.........
the one in the back
always supposed to be on
can't find the fuse
nothing else blown

can you help?

thanks

The fuse for the rear power socket is #28, 15 amp. You will find it in the fuse box under the hood, not the one inside on the passenger side. Look under the hood behind the battery for the fuse box.

i knew i had come to the right place
thank you SO much for the reply
i looked under the hood
but all i saw were the large fuses for the engine management.....
are there 2 boxes there..... or do i have to look further DOWN in that box behind the battery?

also.....
the armada is 16 months old
and yesterday, for the first time, while riding in a heavy rain (and it rains here a lot.... i'm on the west coast of florida)

there was leaking inside
through the TOP SCREW HOLE for the hand grip on the driver's side
i can see HOW the rain comes in from the gutter above....
but WHY did it never come in before?

is this common?

i'll have to get the dealer to look at this, i suppose

thanks so much for your help

Look in the fuse and fusable link box. Its the second box behind the battery. Here is a drawing:
