Hi everybody. I have been reading these posts for a year now and just never took the time to post. So, today's the day! Plus I have question! I have 2004 Armada that we bought used. But in prestine condition! I have had it for 1.5 years. And I LOVE it!! Looks great, drives great, and most of all, the drivers's seat is so comfortable!! My kids have plenty of room to move around. And I can pack it to the brim when vacationing!-------Needless to say I love this truck, EXCEPT...I am having a hard time trying to replace the high mount brake light which seems to have stopped working. The dealer wants $200 to replace it. Is that right?? Can I do it myself? And where do I buy the bulb(s) from? Thanks in advance to all that reply!! Tasha :D

It's not just a simple bulb - apparently you have to replace the whole assembly. You can buy the assembly for $68 from EverythingInfiniti and change it yourself if you want.

I was wondering about that too because everything I've seen in reference to any bulbs just says "assembly" and "dealer only".
$68 is a good price, Courtesy has them for $75.

They are LEDs, so you have to replace the assembly. You have to remove the spoiler to get to the light.

Thanks to all who posted! You have answered my questions...I just wish it were an easier fix! At least it's not something I can't live without. I feel very welcomed!! Tasha
Well, the gals will certainly enjoy having another girl on the board and everyone here tries to help as much as they can, they're really a GREAT group of people. Here's a "Names to Faces" thread that added a really nice touch to the forum and made it more "personable".
