I have an 06 and i need to do a transmission service but i dont want to pay what the dealer wanted for it and i usually do these things myself anyways, but i was wondering if it is a special fluid that has to be used instead of the ATF that everything else uses? I have heard that it has to be a certain kind and synthetic. Anybody know?

Use only Genuine NISSAN Matic J ATF.
Do not mix with other fluids.

Using automatic transmission fluid other than Genuine NISSAN Matic J ATF will cause deterioration in driveability and automatic transmission durability, and may damage the automatic transmission, which is not covered by the NISSAN new vehicle limited warranty.

by the way i think this is a great forum and i am happy to have joined this today:) I love my Armada, i drive it more than i drive my Saleen S281sc and thats saying alot for the Armada, because damn my Saleen is fun but not as confotable as the Armada, and the Armada packs enough of a punch to satisfy me. For right now its stock but there are alot of things i want to do to it.

The wheels I have are Symbolic XR-25 22s. They are disconinued.

One thing to consider when buying wheels, that I didn't know. When you buy them, tell them that you want 1 or 2 additional centercaps. One of mine got broken and now I am rollin' with one wheel without a centercap. Boooo!:thumbdown
