I bought my used 2004 Armada LE there, at first my salesman was a charm to work with. Very polite and helpful. Today (three weeks into my "new armada") I notice that when trying to watch DVD's in the OEM dvd console.... THE WHOLE CONSOLE RATTLES! I freaking hate this... I take it in and I also notice that my friends cant get into the third row seating because the second row of bucket seats wont fold down and out completely, thus causing my friends to step over my leather... I take it in and what does the salesman say? "Oh well all 4 year old vehicles rattle" I was like " um, no I have had vehicles that are older than that and they dont rattle. So after making a scene, I get the managers to approve the fix but THEY WONT PAY for the freaking DVD CONSOLE FIX! THIS IS SUCH BULLLLL****~! I am sorry for the language..... I am soooo freaking pissed!

is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB -NTB04-116a) on this specifically!

Just remember TSBs are not warranty items and unless you have an extended warranty on your vehicle the dealer can charge you for the work.

The roof mounted DVD monitor shakes excessively while driving the vehicle,
