Hey Armadas.....we've got a really tricked out Mada that's supposed to be there.....it's from one of the managers at Elk Grove Nissan.....gotta get out there and check it out!

come on Armadas...we only have a couple of you that have agreed to join us at the meet. We have sponsors....we have Nissan peeps that are going to talk to us and answer any questions we have including the info on the 06's.

We only have about 3 of you right now and about 12 Titans. This is not including that the dealerships are bringing out. Apparently they claim to have some tricked out rides they are bringing along...so keep this thread alive and get on out there. Have a drink or two....make some good friends...and look and learn from some of the best!!! Maybe you've got what we want...show us!!! I love mods....

Just over the weekend (spent a lot of time on Laguna Blvd) I spotted 3 Armada(s) ..

Black .. Sat 5pm .. near KB-Toys (parked)

It occured to me .. if I had a flyer to ... either leave w/the owner or on the truck to promote the event?? I know, sometimes I don't like flyers either .. especially if they're on ALL the vehicles ..

Enter park via Gate 1 (off Elk Grove-Florin Rd) hanging a "left" at Area 6A?

Or enter via Gate 5 and go past the Ballfields?

[edit: OK .. only after spending hours uploading pics .. I figured out how to use photobucket. I got rid of all the sub-albums .. DOH! The above link should get you to 80+ pics from the "event". I got more, but those were taken for [1] my "own" enjoyment .. and [2] to get photo evidence of installation of some of the "bling - bling" on the Titan's.

Bro, i had my fone on silent and she had called me six times while there. I called her back and she asked where I was. I told her i was getting breakfast, which I was, after I left the meet. She sd, "oh, I thought you were at that armada meet or something". I told her I stopped by but nobody was really there. So no I didnt get in trouble. I was trying to get out of the hospital to try and swing by later in the day but I figured I not push my luck. Looks like it turned out good though. I sthis going to be an yearly thing?

It probably will be a yearly type thing...I heard rumors of having one this fall....maybe...maybe not. I think yearly would give better turn outs. Maybe look at a cooler month next time too!

Now who would have figured .. middle of July .. 100+ degree weather in Sacramento .. LOL!

I think the fall is probably the best bet....good weather...no rain!

Probably late September would be good.... You just never know about spring time around here...it can be nice....or it can rain like hell!
