A new update was released today that fixed some issues I was having. It also includes a Mileage Enhancement tune which appears to be new in addition to the other documented tunes. The additional features (optionally added in addition to a chosen tune) I saw on the screen that are available for us are Speed limiter adjustment, RPM limiter adjustment, and DTC Code reading. The Speed limiter and RPM limiter are adjusted to higher preset values set in the tuner. Burtman sells these although they are not listed on his website and he's looking into seeing if he can put a Group Buy together for us.

My goal is to improve my MPG's. I'd really like to get back to as good as or better than stock MPG's with heavy tires. :D So, I'm posting my current MPG's to compare the new ones I'll be getting over the next few weeks. My MPG's with E10 averaged close to 11.5 MPG earlier this year. I couldn't even get 280 miles out of a full tank. I've been fueling up at the same 2 gas stations depending on which side of town with regular unleaded only. My MPG's have bumped back up to averaging 12.5 MPG with a recent 12.8 MPG being the best I've seen.

Before Tune:

Previous fillup (rounded off): 256 miles / 20 gallons = 12.8 MPG (Valero)

Last fillup (a bit over 1/2 tank): 186.6 miles / 15 gallons = 12.44 MPG (Valero)

Mileage SX Save Tune:

204.4 miles / 15.949 gallons = 12.81 MPG (Conoco)

283.2 miles / 21.186 gallons = 13.37 MPG (Conoco)

A bit better throttle response and performance.

87oct Tune:

239.9 miles / 17.865 gallons = 13.43 MPG (Valero)

295.4 miles / 22.232 gallons = 13.29 MPG (Conoco) (200 miles @ 75-80mph)

Throttle response is a little sluggish and performance is kinda lame but there looks to be an MPG gain.

Performance Tune:

152.7 miles / 12.638 gallons = 12.08 MPG (Conoco)

265.8 miles / 21.775 gallons = 12.21 MPG (Conoco)

A bit better throttle response and performance and feels stronger overall. This tune is designed for 91-oct fuel but I've just been running straight 87-oct non-alcohol with all of them.

One thing I need to add is that I really like their Tech Support. They are responsive on the phone and through e-mail and are constantly releasing new updates. So, if you don't like your results, you can just let them know and there will likely be some changes you need released within the next couple of weeks.
