hi there:
has anybody had any problems keepping the rear aligned?
the shop that I usually take all of our company vehicles says that the rear
can't be aligned correctly. I think they say that the bolt with the excentric washer dosen't turn enough and the insides of the rear tires is wearing more.
any suggestions?
thanks

Who do you take your vehicle to to have it aligned? Hopefully they are doing a thrush alignment on the Hunter machine.
I have had mine aligned at NTB with no problems. The key is also rotating and balancing every 5K miles and maintaining proper tire pressures.

dude, i'm a certified alignment tech for a huge tire chain, and there is no reason that the rear should not adjust to within spec with the stock cams. my armada has a 2" lift and i was still able to get it in spec. unless osmething is bent it shouldnt be an issue. i would a) try another shop and b) make sure nothing is bent. look at, or have someone check, the control arms, knuckls, subframe mounts, etc. make sure everything looks the same side to side. and as noted above, rotate every 5k and keep the tires at 30-35psi (stockers).

I didn't mentioned that my armada weighs around 8500 pounds because it's
bulletproof. I've been under the vehicle and I don't see anything bent, any thing that I should look at specifically. It has hd rear fox shocks and hd springs, itsn't lifted.
Easy to fix if it's the Toe not matching the Camber. You just elongate the holes you need towards the inside of the vehicle until it's where you need them. Doesn't take much.
I had the LCA drilled out because my TOE could not match the Camber that I needed. If your Camber cannot reach even with the Toe out of whack then you'll need to look into what else can be drilled out to make it match.
It just takes someone who knows what they're doing to figure it out. It's pretty easy to figure out if you can find a knowledgeable Technician like I happened across.

Put in context that is 21.4%, that is a lot. You noted HD shocks and springs, but those can't increase the capacity of the frame that they attach to, can they? You might want to be looking at stock frame components that support those HD's.
