Hi, I was just wondering if the back emblem is just stuck on with adhesive? or otherwise..

Double sided tape. You can heat it up with hair dryer and peel it off. Excess adhesive comes right off with WD-40. Note, that there are two "alignment" holes underneath the front and back Nissan "Hamburger" emblems that helps the tech sticking it on line it up right, so you WILL be left with holes if you take the Hamburgers off.
