I was looking around for pics of what this would look like before I did it and couldn't find too many....so here is a pic of my Armada after the fact. Local shop in So Cal charged $50/wheel for powder-coating.....worth every penny IMO! These are the stock 17"s powder-coated in semi-gloss black. I am VERY happy with how it turned out! :D Tires are Firestone Destination AT 285/70/17.

Your signature says Southern California, but I see snow in the pictures. Where the heck in SoCal are you that has snow? It was 80+ degrees yesterday here in the LA area!!

I live in Running Springs, CA. I am @ 6,000 ft elevation near Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead. More snow is coming Friday they say!

Thanks everyone for the replies and looks!;) Honestly, these pics don't do justice to the wheels.....it looks even better in person! 9Balllrook--I thought about tinting the front but I don't want to give the local CHP any reason to pull me over...but I agree it would look sweet!

Is the CHP that anal about tinted windows?? I thought that when I did my front, but almost everyone has tinted glass, in Florida if you don't have a dark tint they think somethings wrong with you:crikey:

We love that whole area, we try to get up there as often as we can.

I got mine PC'd at Electrotec in san Marcos for $65/wheel. Ive gotten a lot of comliments on the PC job.

Pretty sicK! I was thinking bout doing that on my stock 20's and I have the charcoal gray Armada. The only problem is it's my only transportation at the moment.
