I had 2 Valor 7" LCD's installed w/ a Valor DVD player last week. I have taken the car back to the shop 4 times already (I am really P$#@ off about it). The DVD's play well when the car is off, but once I start the car, the video goes crazy- I get distorted image, black & white, and lines.

Any help with previous experiences/resolutions will help - thanks!

I know you already know this but it sounds like a bad connection, check the ground that was the source of problems for me a couple of times. do you know if thedvd nd monitor share a power and ground? If they don't share a ground that may also be the problem....but if you had a pro install they should know this. otherwise it may be a bad video cable thats not shielded
