Some of you may or may not know me. My name is Jason and I am an Armada owner who has been denied the privelage of driving my Armada for the past 3 years. I am in the Navy and I was sent to Japan right after I bought the Armada. But I will be back to the good ol' USA in May. But while I have been here in Japan I bought a US Spec e36 M3. It is just something about the e36's lines lines that I love. Well after having the car for almost a year now I figured it is about time to post some pictures. I am a terrible photographer and I apologize for that. I am also learning on the wife's brand new Nikon D90 so it is a little more involved than just a point and shoot. I tried using a tripod but I had the wrong mount. So that is why some of them are out of focus. I took this tonight right around 5:00 p.m. or so. It was overcast and the sun was going down so I did what I could. I would have prefered to do the shoot early in the morning before the sun gets too hot & bright. Maybe I will try and sneek out early tomorrow morning to snap a few more.
I took the seats out and cleaned the interior from top to bottom. I will have to get some more interior shots during the day because the flash was destroying the images.

Comments and Criticism welcome.
My left leg is a lot shorter than my right :laughhard: so if anyone wants to square up the photos please do.
BTW my Armada is silver too.

Thanks for your service! When you get back you'll have two real nice toys.. hey is it just my eyes or...where are the front seats? The first shot looks like you removed them.

The M is one of my favorite BMW's, very cool car. And I sure your Mada can't wait to see you as well. Thanks for sharing and serving!

Nice whip....I too enjoy that vintage BMW. I'm not terribly fond of the next years M, but this current one is beautiful!

It is my pleasure to service. I love it! Yes seats were out so I could vaccum underneath. If you ever need some money first try your couch cushions then go take your seats out. I had enough $ to buy lunch.

Yes, I agree the new BMW's are way too "spaceshippy" Is that a word? The last M3 I like are the e46's. But my faves are the e30 and the e36. Thank you for your support.

More pics from today. I took these around 7:00 a.m. Hopefully they turn out a little better. I had the tripod with me today so they are fairly level.

Yes I will be bringing back with me. In fact it is getting put on the boat in Yokohama sometime within the first week of April. Yes the are silver 18" CSL replicas. I really do like the look of those wheels. I will be putting a coilover suspension on once I get back. If you know anything about the e36 it came with an ugly four spoke steering wheel. I got a rewrapped euro 3 spoke from a guy in Germany. It looks so much better.
