Just for info, I found this on a tint website. It talks about the Armada interior window seals on the driver & passenger doors being replaced by felt to prevent scratching of window tint.

If you look closely at the window seals you will see that they are already felt (or other fabric) where the contact the glass. There is no need to replace anything.

I kinda checked them out tonight and noticed that.
Thanks for the info, I hate being in the fish bowl, need dark windows!

I want my windows tinted so bad, but Im deathly afraid! I see so many cars around here with air bubbles under the ugly purple tint installed on their windows. Anyone with experience or reccomendations (such as Nissan themselves? I havent asked.. I wonder if they do that for a reasonable price, if you supply the tint. Ive seen some on ebay. But what isnt on ebay, lol).

I always get this done right out of the dealer. No trouble with my tint. No felt replaced as far as I know...

If you get a professional job you should have no worry about the tint bubbling. Look to spend around $50 for the front two windows.
My window seals were not replaced but they inverted and began squeeking (rubber on glass) I pulled them back out by sliding a credit card between the glass and seal but now they are all wavy. I plan on bringing it up at the next dealer visit.

Has anyone been able to get a "visor" across the front windshield? I noticed the Armada has a funky rearview mirror set up and those black dots ......
