Someone else recently had the same problem. Their problem was a faulty ABS sensor. Unfortunately you are looking at some quality time with your dealer to diagnose which one.

I recently had the same problem.....it was the right rear wheel bearing and abs sensor....they were able to put it through on warranty....if not they quoted me 425.00 cdn. Good luck.

I have an '06 with the same problem this week. For mine, it was an ealry warning sign that the battery was about to die. I replaced the battery and the lights haven't returned.

I have an '06 and had the exact same issue several months ago. I replaced the front brake pads and had the rotors turned and it resolved the warning light issue - ABS, VDC OFF and SLIP. It has been several months and the lights have not back. Gook luck!

I have 50K on original brakes and was thinking that they need to be replaced soon... Since money is tight I think I will replace the brake pads first and see if that resolves issue before I go to the dealer with further questions about sensors and the like.

I am sure that you need brakes by now. Check your brake pad thickness first and if theyt are good check your fluid level. If both are good you may need reprogramming.

if it happened at the jump in cold weather, check your battery clamps as well. If you still have the cheapo tin alloy factory clamps, swap to solid lead ones (as opposed to hollow lead ones) the mada is extremely voltage sensitive. If you have a scan gauge II, you should see no less than 12.4 volts in the battery with the engine off. With it running, and a new fully charged battery, you should see 12.9-13.2 volts. With a need for volts, 14.2 is usual. If everything is in good shape and the engine is running and you see less than 12.9, then check the clamps and the connectors attached to the battery cable at the post for cleanliness and security.
