Folks,
Don't know what I am doing wrong but I have not been able to play MP3 CDs in my 04 Armada LE. Have tried burning MP3s with several different software-Nero, Itunes, Toast etc. The system does not even recognize some of them but for those that are recognized, you can see that the player is playing the disc (track counter showing) but no sound. From all I have seen and heard, this thing should play burnt MP3 CDs. I have burnt CDs with just 8.3 naming convention and others with a Max of.....256 characters but no way.
Help. I have been managing with an MP3 player connected to the Aux. port but the sound from that is nothing to write home about. Also want to put an after market DVD system (over head) that will tie in to factory wiring. I know there are posts here about that but could someone please direct me to those.
