Does anybody know what the bolts holding the tow hitch on are supposed to be torqued to? I have the service manual but haven't been able to find the number yet.

There is a torque table in the service manual. See attachment.

I have answered my own question. When I got my hitch today, the instructions had the torque specification on them. For anybody who want's to know, it is:
101 ft-lbs.
