Stillen makes an aluminum one.

DO you know if the aluminum is stong enough to withstand Nissans Mounting system design flaw?

the mounting point for the stock rad (plastic). In my opinion, if you are using a platic end tanked rad, the mount points should not be in a L-shaped manor where the load and vibration of the rad is centered around the mount points with angular pressure... This is why the failure point on these rads are always the bottom passengerside mount.

I agree with carnage, I am going on my second radiator, too bad extended warranty does not cover it. It leaks from the passenger side mount, cheap plastic. You can go for a full alluminum one from stillen, or buy a KOYO brand, I have heard they are great, and with stand the abuse from the horrible mounting fiasco.

479, I called Stillen yesterday, you have to look for it under the Titan, the customer service guy confirmed it will fit on the armqada

I guess a few Titan owners have also gone with a Koyo. It looks like it might be found for around $180-$260 maybe???

Koyo Rad has plastic end tanks. 100% alum is the goal here.

These 100% aluminum radiators with Deep Drawn Tank construction are stronger and lighter than conventional welded box tank radiators. They also allow for better airflow and a drop-in-fit.
