I am able to do this on the Jeep by disconnecting the black cable on the battery and hitting the brake for 10 seconds and the PCM resets or by pulling a fuse.

I want to do this on the Mada as it seems to be losing a little punch of the line. Any ideas as to what I can do to reset the PCM or something to get back that jump off the line that the mada had.

I've been thinking about a programmer but seems like the 04 trucks aren't getting much love in that department.

you mean the ECM? electronic control module? i thought you could remove the negative post for a bit to clear it out? the mada gods will get here and correct me of course if i am way off line....

Disconnecting the battery won't reset everything.
Our ECM is a learning type. It will adjust to your driving habits. If you drive in granny mode it will adjust to that style.
The best way to regain the performance is to find a little used road and safely make 3-4
0 to 60 full throttle runs. This will restore performance.

cool will try this today and report back. My bro in law has a GL450 and thinks he can take the Mada, we should be lining em up tomorrow. I looked up the #'s and it should be a good race.
