Ok, I've found a dealer here in Houston on Ebay, that has a nice selection of Armada's (http://stores.shop.ebay.com/Texas-Direct-Auto__W0QQ_armrsZ1) in the price range I am looking for.

Which model is best? The SE, LE and and I saw one called Off Road?:confused:

It depends on what you are looking for. Off road is exactly that, geared for off road.

SE is base model, and LE is the higher spec'd model.

All of which can be customized with options.

Yeah I had my eye on that one too. Just need to find a buyer for my 2008 Jetta and I will be good to go!!

:eek: Because it's been wrecked!!!!! It was probably rear ended and shoved into another car and both the front and rear bumpers were replaced.

Notice the Tow Hitch also missing??? The Door Sticker says it has an RD33 axle which is the Big Tow gearing but there's no hitch receiver which the Big Tow package comes standard with and all LE are Big Tow. The front passenger seat also has the Lay Flat handle on it which I haven't seen on an SE yet so I think that confirms it's an LE.

Don't buy it!!!!! There's a chance there's hidden frame damage behind the reason that the hitch wasn't replaced. I guess another possibility is that it rear ended something while towing a heavy trailer???

Either way, you're better off with something else, that one looks like a nightmare on wheels.

The lack of fogs threw me off then to see they were replaced with the SE fillers. I first thought it was an SE that someone just rebadged as an LE. As I started looking at the interior pics, I thought "that looks too much like mine" and checked the pics for the passenger seat handle. Then I thought "maybe some SE have lay flat passenger seat??" so I looked at the rear for any signs of an 'S' to 'L' emblem change when I noticed the hitch missing and the 'L' looks original. Then I noticed they posted the door sill which is a "tell all". Dadgumned dealers... - hehe :D

This is exactly why I joined this forum and posted the questions. You guys are the experts. :bow: Thanks, you saved a newbie a lot of headache!!

With that bit of knowledge, I'll keep looking.
