Has anyone removed the headlight assemblies on a 2009 Armada? I have new PIAA lamps to install and according to the service manual I have to pull the bumper.

Has anyone done this without pulling the bumper? If you have pulled the bumper how difficult is it?

Nah, you don't need to do all that. You just turn your wheel to make room to work, remove enough fasteners to get the fenderliner out of the way, and replace them through the fenderwell. It's easy, just takes a little time.
