I was looking into cut outs. First of all will it increase hp on our 5.6L, cuz i kno they love back pressure? If it will add power then what the best type on electric cut out to get. Also what size would it need to be to fit in with out stock exhuast? Thanxz

The cut outs will make a lot of noise and lower performance.

It depends where you place the cut outs. If one was installed directly in front of the muffler you probably wouldn't see a power loss (or gain). However if the cutouts were installed near the exhaust manifold you would not get the exhaust scavenging effect that you get from a properly designed exhaust system, which would result in some loss in low end power.
This is on a NA engine; on a boosted engine the cutouts could help.
