The additives in gas are added to the truck after it fills. This is simply a container of Chevron's cleaning additives. You would need to add it to every tank.
My fill-ups are around 24 gal, the bottle says 16 gals. However, I'm pretty sure it is more than strong enough at 24-27 gal/bottle. Adds about 10-12¢ gallon to your costs, but lets you have the cleaners no matter which gas you use.
