I was wondering if anyone else's paint on their steering wheel audio/cruise control buttons was coming off? I found it odd that I have scratch and chip marks all over mine since my fingernails are never past my fingertips.

Welcome aboard. I dont use the radio much in my Titan so I can't help ya. I just listen to my exhaust a lot. LOL

Mine flaked off and the dealer replaced it with parts that were actually in stock.. I think it is a wide spread problem, why else would they have the parts in stock.

That's interesting that they would have the parts in stock. I have a strong feeling that my dealer is going to tell me that it isn't their problem, but next time I go in I'll ask (after they replace my armrest and seatback :( ).
