dude, different strokes for different folks i guess. i love wheelin, but i wheel my '99 grand cherokee that i paid $1200 for, not a $30,000 luxury suv. then again i've never been into muddin, mostly just rock crawlin stuff. mud just breaks things. good luck dude, i hope nothin gets busted!

Let me know when you guys are done with that lot... I'll park my 'Mada on the pavement and my buddies and I will use the mud-bowl for a football game!!

Looks like FUN!!! I'm assuming though that that amount of mud and water might possibly eventually wear on some of your wheel bearings and electrical harnesses. That's why I try my best to avoid mud puddles like a plague if I can. :D

Muds not good for your truck... Little things will start to go out after that little tromp. I put my bid on your starter going out first. :)

That beauty on the trailer in my sig cost me 1800 bones and she likes to get muddy.

Coat the alternator with Silicone Spray from the auto parts store. I think it'll work for the starter too but I haven't tried it yet. Whenever i can get around to it, all my electrics will be coated with it.

when i had my 1988 toyota 4x4 and i go off roading...i would always wash it down by spraying it with water. I buy those silicon spray thing from Kragen and spray all the electrical stuff, alternator and starters and thing i thought would be damage by water. :D I would go off roading every year when it rain. :D and the truck was a monster. It had 220,000 on the speedo on the original engine. i missed that thing. =/

very simple: treat it like a luxury suv, not a beat up old chevy truck. seriously, you need to buy an old jeep cherokee or something to thrash around in. i cant believe your parents let you treat thier vehicle this way.

This was after a claybar n wax. I got it dirty n spent two days pressure washing n fully detailed it again. But it's not a burden since my friend n I own our own auto detailing business. She gets pampered like a street queen but this ain't a street queen.
