Just got home, thank god for AAA. I was in Connecticut, approx. 60 miles from home. The engine just lost power, I pulled to the side and noticed the battery guage was down to about 8 volts. Limped to the offramp (approx. 1/4 mile), state trooper just happened to be sitting there hwen I slowly rolled by so he pulled right up and let me sit in the car while I waited for the tow truck. Had it towed to the local Nissan dealer (I didn't buy it there). The service guy said they'll "try" to look at it tomorrow.

My guess is a bad voltage regulator or perhaps the alternator just up and died. I'll let you guys know when I find out. Looks like I'll be blowing leaves tomorrow. :mad:

It was the altenator. They got it replaced this morning and I'll be picking it up after work tonight.
