I can no longer see any of the numbers on the odometer or the specific gear I am in. If I push the reset button hard they all light up. I took this apart and it appears that the part that lights up has bowed away somewhat from the connections on the circuit board. Does anybody have suggestion on how to get this to stay in contact? I have also found used or new clusters available for sale on Ebay, but then I know my mileage will be off. Stealer wants around $300 to replace with a mileage programmed replacement. Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated. But the stealer isn't getting my money.
Also, it appears that some of the clusters I could purchase do not have all of the gauges, but the 2004 big tow does but it is a 4X2 while mine is a 4X4, would this cause and issue? I know it would fit and plug in, but I want it to be accurate.
Thanks
