I just bought a 2008 LE Armada 11 Dec, so far I like it I traded in a 2006 Magnum R/T. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't automatically lock the doors when you start driving. Also I'm thinking about putting some 24's on the truck but I don't know how much of a difference they will make or if they will last or be safe on long trips.

Welcome midnight!

Good to see another Uniform in the group (I have to assume you're USA...I'm USAF...go ahead, insert your AF jokes here).

Not sure if you are stuck on 24's, but Tire Rack has 22's on sale for as low as $69 each! Depending of course on the style:

Welcome to the Club!! If you add an aftermarket alarm you can program your doorlocks to lock automatically. Really big wheels make for a more harsh ride, most around here are going with 22", personally I opted for 20's, which ride great.

Sorry I don't have any AF jokes I use to serve in the AF for 4yrs before I got downsized in '04 and did the blue to green program. I actually miss it, well mostly the AFSC I use to have but the Army made me grow up alot though.
I appreciate all the warm jesters and will take into consideration about the ride quality. The truck actually belongs to my wife but I just want it to look good when she drives it. I was only going with the 24's because everyone in my unit has 24's and were telling me it didn't change any much but I wanted to hear it from some fellow Armada owners.

Stick with 22 with a tire size of 305-45-22 that will give you a very good ride compared to 24 and if your wife is driving and decides to take out every curve on post it's best to have the thicker tire to protect your wheels. 24 use a 305-35-24 size tire which would leave you with road rash on your wheels. Just my opinion.
