my armada's powersteering is bleeding :( theres is a leak at the power steering high pressured hose and it will damage me about 500$ now my armada is just sitting pretty waiting to be trade in by next year with a 2010 armada model....i feel sorry for my beast...i dont want to let her go but i have to...plus my extended warranty about to expire im pushing 75,000 miles already...i have no optio but in order to save money besides paying monthly of 840.00 and paying for the service ( im no handy man for my armada) of 400$ i have to make a trade... i dont know if its worthy to fixed it or jsut to trade it in with the newer armada...what do u think of it guys?

Seems to me if you have an extended warranty it may be covered! I'd look at the service agreement and see if that particular hose is covered, I'm not sure if belts and hoses are. If it is and even if you have a $100.00 deductable it'd be worth it to have it fixed under the extended warranty and keep steaming! If it is not, $500.00 seems pretty steep to replace the HP line on the power steering! But I don't know! I'd get a phone estimate from a AAA certifide independent ASE mechanic first!

well instead of a trade ihave a huge upside down and i really love the new armada...so i just bought a new one and will face the consequence if i can make two payments of the car lol...about the wheels im gonna swap it and put it on my new mada...good thing i still have the old stock from my 07 mada and the stock 2010 wheels and tires will be put on my 07 mada.

I would really question your service manager hard on this one. The Armadas have had several issue with leaking PS systems. My dealer found mine leaking at about 50K and fixed for free under warranty. Well guess what - it is leaking again at 67K and I will make sure the dealer fixes it under my extended warranty. Also I remember there being a Tech Service Bulletin (TSB) on this subject. I do not have it handy but you can search/google for Nissan TSB. Good luck and fight your service manager hard on this one!!

it is actually very easy to do even the least experience can do it there are 2 brackets that keep the line from moving the banjo bolt at the pump and you loosen the line that goes into the steering rack

These may help you with the lines. They should be easy to remove. Just make sure to check for leaks when installing the new one.
Cheers,
