#1 did you install a separate amp for the sub? #2 did you check the fader if its not on the front speakers only? #3 did he touch the bose amp at all? #4 where did he get the signal for the sub?

thanks for the reply!
#1 did you install a separate amp for the sub? Yes it is a Bazooka amp and speaker combo.
#2 did you check the fader if its not on the front speakers only? yes, i checked the fader and when i adjust the fade to only the rear speakers there is no sound.
#3 did he touch the bose amp at all? he installed some box along with the remote wire and RCAs under the driver seat, I am not sure if that is the only amp or is that one just dedicated to the little sub under driver seat..
#4 where did he get the signal for the sub? the signal is from the amp under the driver seat.
thanks!!
oh yea, to add insult to injury, the tool bag audio shop owner wants to charge me 50.00 to figure out what went wrong!!

The amp that is located under the driver seat, is that the only amp in the vehicle?
Where do the rear speakers get there power? From the deck or the small amp under the driver seat?

When I drove mine home from the dealer the first time, I had no sound coming from the rear speakers, stock Bose system. I hit the dash button labeled with the picture of the headphone/speaker and the rear sound came back on. Give that a shot before heading back to the installer.

Same thing with me. The switch turns off the rear speakers if headphones are being used in the rear.
