Whazzup clubarmada, gotta a question. Has anyone ever thought about installing the roof racks of a 2010 Armada on a 2004 Armada?? I broke the sliding rail on my truck when I was going down an incline into a parking garage a little too fast and the bar that has the clearance height on it, hit the sliding rail and popped it off, also damaging both roof racks in the process. My truck was tall enough to go into this parking garage, but due to my speed......well as you could imagine, I reached the highest level of pisstivity on this one, but it was my own fault, so nuff said. But anyway, after waiting 3 months for my new roof rack rails, I cancelled the order when they told me the parts were on backorder, so I am trying to find a economical/functional solution. Let me know what you think, or if you recommend anything, that would be appreciated. Go'mada!!

I am not 100% certain but they should fit just fine since all the mounting points match up.

The 08 and up are a bit thiner then the 04-07

Gotcha fellas, I figured that as long as the mounting configuration was the same it shouldn't be a problem, but I guess I'll look into further and see whats up. I'm sure it will be a pretty penny because the rails for the '04 was $173 a piece, not including the sliding bar which was $123. Ive been searching through some of the Nissan recyclers/junkyards and I haven't had any luck finding the necessary parts. The saga continues....

No Springgeyser, no luck. I actually found an OEM roof rack on ebay earlier this month for $129.00. AND THIS WAS FOR THE ENTIRE RACK!!! I was so estatic until I waited up to 3 weeks to get the roof rack and came to find out that the vendor lost/misplace the roof rack and they refunded my money. I was SO dissapointed, but I am still looking.

Hey Scorpion! When you say the 08 and up are thinner, do you mean the truck width or the rails themselves. I would really like to put one of those new body style roof racks on my beast. Thanks for your help sir. CA, the best club on the web!
