My passenger side 2nd row seat wont fold all the way up for access to the 3rd row of seats. The top will fold down but the seat itself will not flip up. Any suggestions? The dealership is going to charge me aroung $600 to fix it.

i had the same problem....wife kept messing with it and forced it up. found some envelopes stuck underneath. good luck on getting ur seats to unlock.
