I am getting close to buying tires (22K miles) and I am thinking about upgrading to 22" or 24" rims. I also own a 2009 Murano LE, and when I put chrome rims on it, my auto shop guy sold my 20" stock Nissan wheels (not chrome, just alloy and brand new) for $700 the day I bought the new ones.

So that I can figure my net cost of new rims, what can I expect to sell the stock Nissan chrome 20" rims that are in perfect condition (with tires, but they are fairly thin)? They look pretty good, but just are not big enough for me.

Factory rims typically don't bring much in the aftermarket. As a single point of reference, back in 2005, I bought a set of factory chrome QX56 rims (18"), with brand new tires, for $425. I sold my brand new Armada alloys, not chrome, without tires, for $200, and it took a while to get that for them.

Having said that, I'd think there is a better than average market for the Armada / Titan 20" wheels, since a bunch of us earlier owners wouldn't mind upgrading from our 18's to 20's. So, you would likely do a bit better than I did.

PS - like the previous poster, wish you lived closer to me, so we could make a deal. I'd like to put the factory 20's on my 06.
