Yeah, I like the color matched grill as well. More importantly though, I'm glad they're still making it. Who knows what later years may bring. At least they (Nissan) are still in the full size SUV market.

I think the 11 is identical to the 10, except for the model designations -- now SL, SV, and Platinum.

Gonna step out on a limb and say I'll bet they are going to run it to 2014 and do a change at the 10 year mark, it could happen!

The way things are going, Webturtle, the current administration won't let them last until 2014 -- too big of a carbon footprint and all that jazz.

CHANGE THE BODY ALREADY! looks just like the '04 for the most part

as far as Carbon foot print... did anyone notice that as soon as the gov't said that pick-ups had to get 20+ mpg... like magic... THEY GOT 20+!!! the manufacturers are all holding back... too much money to sink into R&D for a motor to get better MPG

I have to agree... There's debates saying that they would if they could to boost their sales, but I argue why should they when they're sales aren't ever suffering and they're helping out their oil buddies....

There's an old rumor from very long ago saying something along the lines of that some guy bought a new Chevy truck and was getting almost 25mpg with his 350 big block.... So as the rumor has it, he took it into the dealer for an oil change or something and the Mechanic noticed his Carbeurator was different and called it in, and was told to replace it with a new one.... When the guy got his truck back, it was drinking down 13mpg like everyone ele's so he called them to ask what happened... The mechanic told him that GM told him to replace the carbeurator and send the other one back because it was an experimental "vaporizing" carbeurator...

My grandfather claims to have met this guy who told him the story directly... I honestly have no idea and always had a gut feeling that the guy was repeating a story he heard as if it happened to him....

After just now looking up the story on Snopes, I tend to trust my gut, and it thinks that the easy secret is in the gearing and auto makers could at least further gear the transmissions and differentials our vehicles to run the engines at lower RPM's... For example, why is Tow and non-Tow two different packages?? Why not just pack in a Rear Differential or Pinion Gear that changes between non-Tow or Tow Gears at the flip of a switch??? :D

thats a cute link, and while i have no proof if it exists or not, i tend to feel thaat such tech exists!

why? well the cliche` if they can put a man on the moon they can make a carb that get 200 mpg.

there was also a carb that ran on water no? urban legend also? says who?

the article tries to downplay the "rumor" about the gov., saying they would want nothing more than to rid us of foreign oil dependence.. please.. the gov. is in bed with these cats. the gov does not run anything. they are puppets for the big families--the Rockefeller's, etc.., who run the treasury dept. and this world.

boy did i take this thread WAAAAY off topic.... i can go on and on but there are lots of intel we, the people, know nothing about. lots of things.

I have to agree with Webturtle, 2014 does not sound unrealistic. As far as changing the body, they would not need to do that, all that is needed is the freshen up the interior, change the fenders (add those silly side vents), change the grill, hood, front and rear bumper and voila there is your new model. In order to improve the MPG through in the 7 speed trany from the new Q, leave the engine as it presently is and i'm sure you would see 20+ MPG easy. Oh, and before I forget install bilstein shocks, from the factory - I would be a happy camper and gladly trade in my '05, by then i should be around 120K miles. Sounds like a plan, to me. :D
