05MADA 08-09-2005, 11:38 AM I just got back from a 10 day vacation from Miami,Florida to Biloxi,MS then to Southern.PA, Hagerstown, MD, Washington, D.C. and back to Miami. I traveled total of about 3400 miles which I averaged 16.5 to 17.4 mpg running at 80-90 mph. It cost $502 with gas prices averaging 2.17 to 2.29 / gallon. And we get to put billions of dollars in their bank account while they feed us BS about why gas prices are fair.
