WOW. I just changed the step lights from the stock bulbs to LEDs. The difference in light output is like night and day. And the LEDs produce a much, much whiter light. The stock bulbs look yellow in comparison. Now I feel the need to change out some more bulbs!
I don't want to sound like a advertisement for ArmaDen, but, seriously, WOW.
Anyone know how hard it is to change the puddle lamps, and footwell lamps, and all the reading lamps? The step lights were easy, just pull out the diffuser by hand, pull out the stock bulb, and push in the LED (after making sure the little contacts on the LED would actually make contact with the socket -- some adjustment required).

The puddle lights have a slot in the lens for a small flathead.Very easy.Footwell bulbs are even easier.(Be careful to put bulb straight in and dont let the led curcuit board touch metal or it will short the bulb out...i did it lol) The reading lamps are prob. the hardest of all the lights but easy after you do the first one.Again with these u need a small flathead to pop the lens out. Then i ysed a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the bulb out. When i tryed pushing the new led in i pushed the housing up inside but i just poped it back in place with the needle nose pliers.
And yea +1 to ArmaDen he's a super guy with great prices and Superman fast shipping!!!

Those are LEDs soldered in, you have to remove them and solder in new LEDs.
