Rossi 08-10-2005, 05:24 PM I thew this out there to a tech...and I was told...that if a intake has all the corect ports for the sensors and hoses that it does not need CARB approval to be legal. Cause I asked about my AEM Brutefroce intake that lists it as pending. How much faith to put in that....not sure in CA. My only experience w/this is w/my z31 .. fortunately (or unfortunately) I've had to go to a Test Only place the past 5 inspections ... I only changed to the CARB legal K&N FIPK just prior to last years inspection. I had the CARB sticker (just in case) .. and passed w/o incident. IF the 57 is CA legal .. then I'll probably just go for that .. I already have the K&N recharger kit, etc ... I was just wondering if there are any other CA "legal" systems out there?? | ||
