AHHHH i just looked at the passenger side front rotor...and what i saw scared me...The Rotors are alll scratched, grinded...iunno how else to explain! i think the brake pad is gone! OMG AAAHHH...it's freakyy...i need to get new rotors ASAP but i don't want to pay! i have 70,000 KM on the '04 Armada LE...where can i get bigger/thicker rotors? dealer? but i need them now and it's Saturday 5:45pm i think the dealer is closed... :pullout:

You may not need to replace the rotor. It depends on how bad the wear is. Some grooves are normal, but they should be shallow. Many auto parts stores can turn the rotor if necessary, and you can get the new pads there. I don't think Nissan will warranty the rotor/pads for you. That is considered normal wear.

You are past warranty and way past a pad change. Sounds like you went through the pads and now you're digging the rivets into the rotors. Get new rotors and ceramic pads. ;)
