Can anyone help with the location of the REAR BUMPER ANTENNA for the Intelligent Key on my 2008 Armada?

There is a wire hanging down under my bumper and it MUST go to that antenna. The local dealer wasn't much help either.

Somewhere in the service manual I saw a diagram, but it wasn't specific on how to access it.

I hope I don't have to take the entire rear facia off.

Any help would be appreciated.
