sale price $33,071
all of the research i have done i found that cost is around $32,698 and connot find any factory to dealer incentives....
does this look like a good deal?

have a grand cherokee and need more room for the expanding family...which is up to five .......

Here in Southern California we just bought our 2011 SV for $29k. We added the OEM DVD Player for $1100.

i believe i saw a commercial regarding a 4500 rebate for the holiday. Im in san diego not sure if that rebate applies to other parts of the country. Carsdirect.com states customer rebate of 3500 and holiday rebate of 750. To me the out the door price is more important then the price listed. So i know what im willing to pay and i dont care how they get there as long as after all the fees, taxes etc equal the price i asked for.

32K sounds a lot. If you haggle with the price I'm sure they'll want to make the sale.
