Another new member here. Really looking forward to spending time here reading. I love these types of forums.
I'm coming off a Tahoe Z71 as my last truck, but had a car in between (ugh!). Finally got back in the saddle, and was looking for another Tahoe. Always loved the Armada though, and stumbled upon an '08 SE with leather, front and rear sonar, power liftgate, etc, for a very nice price as a certified pre owned Nissan.
After a test drive, I was in love, and gave up on my first "true love" the Tahoe. The Armada is just sick! My wife thinks she's going to drive it a lot too. We'll see about that!!
First couple of things to learn:
1. How to order parts based on manufacture date and color codes (need to figure out what my color code is, and how to pick a part when my month falls on the cusp of more than 1 part number). and
2. Install a Myron and David DVD player. That was the only missing option I was bummed about, but I'm going to put the 9" unit into the factory overhead console. Just need to read up on the wiring and stuff.
So hello all, looking forward to spending some time around here!
