I recently purchased an '05 Armada LE and I am interested in adding aftermaket equipment like forced air breathers, headers etc. My question is does this screw up your warranty?

Only if the add-on directly caused the failure. EX Intake or exhaust won't void motor, suspension, etc. ;)
