I received the questionairs over the weekend and I pretty much filled in the problems such as Shimmy at High Speed and A/C Cooling issue at idle. I don't think I could put in the brake issue since I have not experienced the problem as yet (but I know it is coming). I lost it when I moved shortly after getting it in the mail.
