Read the label to make sure it is compatible with Nissan Transmissions requiring J or S matic ATF. I am not sure that AC Delco makes a compatible ATF fluid. It could really harm your transmission if it isn't.
I would recommend Nissan S matic or another compatible synthetic brand of good quality.

dexron lll was replaced by dexron Vl couple years back for some reason just the same way nissan did with their fluid, would also recommend that you use what is called for or compatible

I had low ATF a while back, and it happened to be Sunday when the dealership was closed. I used: Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF.

Valvoline MaxLife ATF and Castrol Import Multi-Vehicle ATF websites state that they meet the Nissan Matic F spec.
In regards to the Mobil1... I was just looking on their site this morning and I didn't see that it met the Matic J or Matic S spec. If you want a synthetic, Royal Purple ATF does meet the Nissan specs
As for the Capacity... according to Mitchell Vehicle Data the system capacity is 11.25 quarts. But in reading related post on this site you are only able to drain about 6-8 quarts at a time. Most people recommend doing a series of drain and refills over a few days of opperation to flush out most of the old oil.
Hope this info helps!
