I have had an ongoing series of problems with my Armada for over a 1.5 years now. I have visited 2 different dealerships: Falore Nissan, Sunnyvale; Dublin Nissan, Dublin.
These dealerships have either not been able to fix my problems, or just don't return phone calls (see the whole story (http://www.gigindustries.com/nissan) ).
I live in Livermore, and work in Mountain View. You guys know of any other dealerships that would be more deserving of my business?

I bought my MADA from Stevens Creek Nissan and I don't think I want to go back for service. But in case you need to check it out, DO NOT work with the service consultant calls Bob Van. I worked with him a few times and he was no help except to piss me off everytime. I have not tried other places as yet.
Please do keep me posted if you found one. :)
BTW, I read your Blog. Sorry about your problem. I would be upset as well to spend so much $$$ with the problems like this. Can you declare a lemon if they cannot fix it?

I have had pretty good luck with Toby at Dublin Nissan. He has addressed all of my complaints. A couple times they did not get as much done in a day as I would like so this last time Toby arranged a rental for a day just in case they needed the Armada for a second day.

Gumbee, I'm surprised you have had problems in Dublin. Toby and Jeff have been very helpful for me. I have gotten a rental whenever I have needed one also.

If you are still getting a runaround, you might try San Leandro Nissan on Marina and 880. I had my overhead DVD repaired there, along with the notorious Brake Judder and a torn sunshade. I didn't get a loaner but that wasn't an issue for me, so I didn't ask for one. The service was top notch and the facility is spotless. Ken Montalvo did a great job addressing all my problems and I am sure he will do the same for you. Good luck.
