i recently put a magnaflow 12258 muffler on the wifes 08 armada and she says it isnt loud enough i have to agree with her the only time i notice there is any change is when starting it after that i cant hear it even driving with the windows down i have the jba catback on my titan and i like how it sounds and the drone isnt that bad...in my opinion
magnaflow website says the 12258 is 18 inches from end to end of the muffler and 22 inches from end of pipe to end of pipe did i get the 18 or 22

You have a 18" muffler. It's the length of the body that determines the length of the muffler.

Interesting...I could hear my Mada when my wife leaves or pulls up, but its a good rumble and noticeable when accelerating. But if you just start it and leave it idling you won't hear the muffler. You might want to physically check if it is in fact a 18" or 22" . Might have gotten a wrong item shipped?

yeah with the 18, you notice it. its fairly loud as when i step on it, you can hear it about a block away. and the drone is fairly noticeable as well...
